Payment Options

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due on the day of service. Our office staff will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding your dental finances.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we welcome insurance and will file all primary insurance documents. Complete insurance information must be presented at the time services are provided. All benefits must be verified before your insurance company can be billed. At the time of service, we will estimate an expected payment from the insurance company. The patient is then responsible for payment of his estimated portion at the time of service. Since it is impossible for this office to guarantee insurance payments, the patient is responsible for any balance.

Financing (with Credit Approval)

As a service to our patients, we offer CareCredit to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. This service provides No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options. You can also use CareCredit for your family.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Emergency Patients

We are always willing to see emergency patients the same day, although it may be necessary for you to wait as we accommodate regularly scheduled patients.

After Hours
